I liked it, it was well-written, and helped me understand the concepts that I needed to know. Excellent textbook on anatomy and physiology with clear and plentiful diagrams and illustrations designed to help tell your adrenal medulla from your hypothalamus.
This is an excellent book to understand how our body and its different systems work. It has very nice examples and some vary explanatory figures. It is very difficult to digest all the information it offers, but I may read it again in the future.
A must read for anyone who wants to understand better how the body works. Read in preparation for nursing school. Condensed and straight to the point. Definitely staying on my bookshelf. Great resource for learning anatomy for coding class. I think it was fascinating and a lovely textbook. Got an A.
So there. Three stars because I learned some things, but I would not recommend this to someone looking for an anatomy textbook.
