White-cheeked pintails, Anas bahamensis , have a range that includes Central and South America. The range is sporadical along the coast of South America including the western coasts of Peru, Chile, and Ecuador including the Galapagos Islands. There are two disjunct populations along the eastern coast of Brazil. White-cheeked pintails also have an inland range that is as far north as Bolivia and as far south as Argentina.
